released, and as the episodes have come out, we've gotten a lot of great questions, and there

have been so many insightful observations. So I wanted to address these things that I feel we may have

missed or perhaps didn't devote enough time to. Anyway, thank you for all the engagement

as we've gone through this case because it only serves to enhance our understanding of what

actually happened in 1509 Swan Street Northwest on August 2nd, 2006. Now, let's continue where we left off

last week. I believe parts of their story to be truthful.

Robert arriving, having a glass of water, showing Robert to his room. And the reason why I believe

that that is all probably true is because it's clear Robert intended to go to bed. He was in his

clothes that he would normally sleep in,

his t-shirt and his shorts and the underwear. He had his night guard in. It would be interesting

to know, did he bring a toothbrush? Was it wet? Had he brushed his teeth? I don't know that that's any

evidence on the record, but I would want to know if that had occurred as well. That would just

support my theory that he really did get ready for bed. The other thing I wanted to point out from the

autopsy was his bladder. This is directly from the autopsy. The urinary bladder contains

approximately 35 milliliters of clear yellow urine. That is not that much in terms of...
