Washington, D.C. Attorney Robert Wan, who was murdered on August 2, 2006, while staying the night

in the home of Joe Price, Victor Zaborski, and Dylan Ward. Joining us again are the editors of the Who Murdered Robert Wan website, David Greer and Craig

David and Craig have been gathering information and reporting on Robert's murder since 2008.

So let's go back to the sexual aspect.

Another thing that we've focused on and a lot of attention has been

paid to was the fact that semen was found in Robert's genitalia area as well as in his rectum.

And I read a defense motion where the defense had made a motion to keep that out of the trial. And

they were successful at that. And they were saying that it was because, according to the FBI report,

no sperm was found. And it was really only minuscule amounts. And then they cited research that suggested that men who were known

not to have been sexually assaulted in many cases, high percentage, you could still find

evidence of seminal fluid because of the relaxation of the muscles and perhaps some discharge. And I have seen that. And it was a

stabbing case. I've seen that in one case where there was slight discharge after the homicide

and there was there had been no sexual activity. But it was as it was explained to me by the

medical examiner who did the autopsy, sometimes that happens.
