recap, 36-year-old Philip Di Martino was found stabbed to death in his San Francisco apartment on

Monday, August 2, 2010. However, it is believed he was killed on the previous Friday night, July 30, 2010, after returning home from a bar called Badlands, which is located in the Castro District of San Francisco.

There was no forced entry and no signs indicating robbery was a motive.

It appeared Philip was killed by someone he invited into his home that night.

In part one, we discussed our observations of the very quick escalation to violence by the offender and possible reasons for this.
