Welcome in to the Wednesday Bible study as we continue.

Now we're getting toward the end of a series that we started 11 weeks ago.

This is the 12th episode of this new study called the Unsaved Christian.

I mean, that name alone is very provocative.

Unsaved Christian, we certainly know there's no such thing.

But what this takes on is cultural Christianity.

It's in a book that's written by a pastor, Dean and Sarah, out of Tallahassee, Florida.

When I, you know, these are, these are things we've talked about in the Bible study for years.

But when I saw this book, I put together this concept of cultural Christianity.

And in my opinion, put it together so well, I thought, what a great study for us to unpack.

And I will tell you, it has garnered more emails than any study that we've done here.

And when I say that, certainly we've garnered, garnered emails.

And people asking questions about some of the books of the Bible that we've gone through.

But this seems to have to touch to nerve in our country, especially in the south,

which we'll talk about today, with people who are looking at the standard that scripture says,

the standard that is to be met by those who claim to be redeemed versus the cultural Christian.

And I'm so excited about how many people have been part of this Bible study that have done,

you know, what Paul tells us in second Corinthians, when he wraps up that letter

to assess ourselves and test ourselves to see if we even are of the faith.

To see if the evidence of Jesus Christ in our life can actually be found.

And there have been a lot of you that have let me know that, that God is dealing with you.

And you have, you've rectified that false sense of security.
