Summary

We begin today by pointing out how the very right-wingers we used to count on to fight against globalist monopolies, such as taking equity in Intel and promoting data centers, are now standing down because they rely on one man for political viability. Next, we’re joined by South Dakota rancher Amanda Radke, who discusses the multifront war on ranchers by wind, solar, carbon capture, and data centers. Politicians like South Dakota Rep. Dusty Johnson (R) are trying to pass special favors for carbon capture and data centers. Not only are these propositions harmful in their own right, but as Amanda explains, they are taking critical farmland out of production. She paints a picture of what a true free-market land-use and agriculture policy looks like and how we need to end massive subsidies for big corporations that box out independent ranchers.  Learn more about your ad choices. That time is today. Monday,

0:21.9

the 25th, a brand new week will be here for the full week. Great to be back. You know, as we head

towards the end of the summer, now is the time that you really need to mobilize where Congress

0:36.1

comes back in session. legislatures will be back

0:39.2

in a couple months, but executives, particularly at the county level of government, are always

0:46.3

operating. And, you know, we could focus on the issues we always do the debt inflation and

0:53.2

immigration, which we have a lot of

0:54.9

news on that this week. But sometimes you have to focus on something new that you never envisioned.

And we've spent a lot of times on the data centers. And I want to continue today and this week,

1:07.9

but with a little bit of a different twist today,

1:11.3

it's not just the fact that we're stealing our land, energy, and water

1:18.6

for dystopian things like data centers and everything to purvey it and service it,

1:25.9

and the solar and the wind, which thankfully Trump is, you know,

1:32.1

going after that stuff. On that front, he's good on. But again, like everything else, that's

1:37.7

going to be temporary, whereas what he lends himself or lends bipartisan support to is going to be permanent.

1:45.7

But it's what the stuff should be used for, what America's land should be used for.

1:51.8

Farming and ranching.

1:54.7

A steady supply of healthy, cheap, wheat, and fruits and vegetables, and obviously meat and chicken.

2:06.6

And that's all being taken out of service with dystopian stuff at a time when the arms race with China and the rest of the world should be an arms race
