Summary
In the futuristic story, written for McClure's Magazine in 1906, the U.S. and its allies (in 1976) launch germ warfare against China with devastating success. Its a vvery interesting story which correctly predicts the rapid rise of China after it splits away from its growth catalyst, Japan.
