Yeah. Yeah. I, you know, there was that huge Salt Lake bomb this week, and there was talk of whether we were going to record early as an emergency, but I was unavailable. And I was like, I don't think I can do it even one day sooner. I understand. I think we definitely, well, so I've said this before, but adhering to this week and doing every week makes you, you know, committed to it. Like if you do take a week off, it's one time, I used to play tennis every, almost every single day with my wife. and then one day we didn't wake up at 7 a.m. And we said, ah, let's just sleep in. And then we never played tennis again. It's been two years. Yeah. That's how quickly a routine can shift. So I'm glad we came back. No matter how shitty this episode is, I'm glad we're just back. You know what I mean?

And we are adhering to this. And I think we can let, I think we can make turtle time. There's
