In a small town, Gossip travels fast, especially when the gossip is so wild and sensational

that it feels like it couldn't possibly be true.

That's what happened in Point Pleasant, West Virginia.

In 1966, the town's population was hovering around 6,000 people, and in the course of a

year, more than a hundred of them reported seeing a seven-foot flying creature with glowing

red eyes.

It seemed like an urban legend, a rumor that spiraled out of control.

And yet, there's evidence to prove the creature existed, like ripped pieces of clothing, claw

marks on cars, a missing German shepherd, and a premonition of a horrific tragedy that

cost 46 people their lives.

This is the story of Mothman.
