The Oh, yeah, welcome. University of Badassery podcast episode one.

This is C.J. The Metal Motivator, and I am joined once again by the co-host Metal Mac.

That's very cool.

We started talking about this a few months ago, and I just said, man, I'm just thinking

about maybe changing the name of the podcast.

And you're like, well, I'll talk to Rebecca about it and see what happens.

And then we kind of left it alone, did a couple more episodes, came back again.

And we had a conversation out in the garage.

And I said, dude, I'm still thinking about changing the name.

And the reason being is because it's really starting to reach into these other audiences.

And so we're hearing from people who are saying, hey, listen, I'm not really necessarily

into the metal thing or whatever, but, you know, I like what you guys are doing.

And I thought, man, it would be better to have a different banner to kind of fly into battle.

I mean, we could be targeting a more narrow demographic if we're, you know, if people are thinking that all we're talking about is metal.

And by virtue of the name, metal excellence, they might deduce that it's all about metal.

Right.

It's the same thing.

When we say metal excellence, that's what we mean.
