It's kind of that time of the year after Christmas, after the New Year's where people are settling in, kids back to school, and you're back to work, whether that's at home or driving to work, wherever it might be. But it's good to be with you. Thank you for

joining me today. You know, I got to thinking about the show today, and it actually developed into

And so I thought it would be good to kind of introduce you to this book a little bit.
