Going 50-50 means you split something in half.

You divide it by two.

Then you share it with someone else.

Now, when you go 50-50 on something, whether it's a box of crayons or a plate of cookies,

everyone is supposed to get their fair share.

But in the story we're about to hear.

Thanks to one man's greed, that's definitely not what happens.
