Summary

When it comes to nutrition, it seems like we disagree about nearly everything: carbs, sugar, fat... even fruit. But, it turns out, there's actually a lot that the entire scientific community agrees on. 0:59.0

Right.

1:00.0

So my favorite part of this episode is that this is the inaugural episode of Eddie's historical

1:04.6

side note.

1:05.6

This was the first time he said historical side note, and it was about a sea shanty and

1:11.9

lime disease.

1:12.9

And so we played the sea shanty music.

1:15.5

So that was my favorite part of this episode because it started one of my favorite traditions

1:19.9

on the podcast.
