you guys you guys are uh we've been working together for quite some time you guys are in the uh

A lot of people in business and real estate and all these different ventures, but I don't hear

of the parking lot industry come up very often. But we see parking lots everywhere. I mean,

there's a lot of parking lots downtown where we live, where our office is located. Everyone has

cars, right? That's never going to go anywhere. And there's always a shortage of parking in a lot

of these areas that we go to. But what I find unique is you guys started the parking lot business for only 15 000 you guys got in the

game you built it into this big thing how did you turn 15 000 into such a big thing i'll uh we started

back in 2020 so a little backstory our father was in the parking business for about 40 years he

came from Peru

to Santa Monica with zero. Peruvian. Peruvian. Yep. He started parking cars, built his company.
