1:24.4	If you've not yet learned how to be a powerful listing agent,
1:27.4	yeah, you're probably really living in constant fear of all these sort of, you know, zombies at the gate, the eye buyers and all these other, you know, changes that you don't know how to make heads or tails of. And I'm going to tell you guys, and please remember I told you this, you're always going to live in fear when you don't have your own skill set. When you don't know how to go out to business proactively, you don't know how to overcome sellers' objections, you don't know how to compete in this market. You know, if you don't really have, if you haven't gone to the level of taking your real estate career seriously, you're always going to live in fear.
2:05.7	And that's just, that's the, that's the plight you create for yourself by choosing to be lazy.
