every week. I do have some tips for this. So I, yeah, I'm going to run through my list of tips

for you on this one. So the first one is to check in with where you were in your early 20s.

This is kind of before our prefrontal cortex fully develops. We're still just kind of like doing

our best. We're coping the best we can. We're not really perceiving the risk of our behavior as well.

And so it can give us an insight into the kind of core motivator, like what's really driving us

because it's, to me, the sweet spot is post adolescence, you know, because I just

a lot going on there outside of the neogram. There's like hormones and all this stuff kind of post

that time prefrontal cortex development, which is around 25 to 28. So

in that range, that can give you a lot of insight into your kind of autopilot nature.

Like who are you when there's nothing to lose kind of? Or you feel like there's everything to lose

depending on your personality type, right? So that, that really worked for me because when I

look back at my early 20s, it was like I wasn't sleeping because I was afraid people would have fun

without me. I was like hyper independent. I was really focused on what I wanted and I needed.
