0:52.2	finding off market sourcing? Yeah, the MLS basically taught me
0:56.1	that it's very difficult to find deals that work on market. There's just not a lot of margin on
1:01.8	a lot of them. And I was also doing this and buying in 2020, 2020, 2021, when prices were crazy,
