All right, Jake, what's up, man? How are you? Doing great. How are you?

Well, I'm good. I would imagine that being in the insurance business right now would be busy, challenging. I don't know. How would you phrase it? What has it been like to be in the insurance business this fall?

Yeah, you know, it's really, it's been an interesting hurricane season, right? We started out so, so small, and we all thought that the national prediction was going to be totally incorrect in terms of hurricanes. And really, you know, once we got to really September, the season heated up. And so, you know, we had really two hurricanes within 13 days hit the, the west coast of Florida. And really with Helene hit a lot of states within the southeast United States.

Two totally different types of hurricanes between Hurricane Milton and Helene. Just wreaking havoc

among, you know, many Floridians as well as, you know, people in Georgia,

North Carolina and even beyond that, potentially I could say North Carolina got it even worse

than what we saw in the state of Florida.

I think they got it maybe way worse because, I mean, it's almost like, I don't want to

make light of it at all because it's worse.

But it's almost like Florida is a little bit more set up for it.

Historically, you've seen things like this before. And in North Carolina, that was just, just seemed to me to be unprecedented.

I mean, you have rivers rising 120 feet and whole hillsides getting washed out. I mean,
