What type of team they want to build, what type of culture do they want to create, and then realize that there's no cookie cutter approach of doing it, but really, you know, harnessing that individuality and that mission to create something

that feels authentic to them as leaders.

Europe is different and, you know, there's all this narrative around people in the UK or in

European countries should work harder.

People in SF are, you know, working 24 hours a day or in China and we're lagging behind.

The thought piece was around.

It's actually a marathon, not a sprint.

Sometimes even the questions that VCs asked female founders can differ

from the questions that male founders are being asked.

You know, male founders are often asked promotional questions,

and then female founders are often asked a more sort of risk-focused questions.
