I woke up a bit congested today so if I sound a little off that's absolutely why but we're going to do our best to just work around that and today's episode is something that nobody talks about but I think it's very, very important to talk about. And I know it can be

Instagram and YouTube and podcasts of people just like gloating about how

amazing they feel from health and fitness and I can say from personal experience it is

an amazing feeling it's truly like the best

concept and it's the best thing when you feel on top of the world because your body's

running properly it's running how it should, you're eating

Ray, you're exercising three to seven times a week, and while doing all of this you're seeing all the benefits of it,

like you're losing weight, your body's looking a lot more toned, people are starting to notice

you, they say great things like, oh my God, you look so great, it's very easy to feed into this

and to feel really on top of the world and honestly it's an amazing feeling. You look

confident you feel confident you look great and you share this success with

other friends. Now let's say you're on like the flip side of this and you want to get healthy and you see all these people that just look amazing and look confident and da da da da.
