We wrapped up another volatile week on the downside with all of the major US stock market

indexes finishing in the red.

Let me start off by looking at the Dow Jones, which dropped 2% to approximately on the week.

We're now down just under 11% from the high 10.9 I think is the number.

So officially in correction territory, same thing for the S&P down a little bit more 2.9%.

So just shy of 3% on the week.

That index now 12.8% off of its record high.

So deeper into correction territory than the Dow Russell 2000 actually held up the best

on the week of the major indexes.

It was only down 1.1%.
