Hello and welcome back to the show. Today we are discussing the different kinds of intuition, which is the premise that I live my life by and that I

teach by and we're going to get into different kinds of intuition. People always talk about intuition as if it's one thing. Trust your gut. Sure. Intuition is like

a clear bell. Absolutely. And I know that most of you listening probably want a very

clear, very precise way to access your intuition and to know when is this my intuition and when is this just

a projection or when is this my intuition and when is this anxiety right that's like the number

one question that comes up in regards to intuition.

I have to let you know that intuition is a spectrum.

It's holographic.

It's a practice.

It's a process.

And it requires a lot of trust. And trust is a spectrum. Just like everything else.

There are some areas where we have much stronger trust,

and then there are other areas where our trust is maybe a little bit more shaky. And that

often has to do with what we are familiar with and what we've done before and the level of experience we've had with a certain realm or kind of relationship or practice that gives us confidence. That's, of course, where

trust stems from. And I think the areas where intuition feels more vague or more unsettling

or foggier, I believe that those are the areas where ultimately we probably have to develop
