So, yeah, so I am Lenny Moreno.

A little bit about my journey.

I started being an entrepreneur pretty young.

And I had a few successes one of the companies that you know helped

let's call it bring some level of freedom as a company called soft desk that I founded and it

helped small and medium contractors to be more efficient with their work.

So when COVID hit, it was a pretty big deal.

We were around 70 to 75 employees.

We went to two rounds of financing.

And then a lot of big companies, they knocked on their door.

They were asking about us for some mergers and acquisition potential.

And from there, we sold to Enphase Energy, which is a public company, in January of 2021.
