It's a gnarly, nasty, and extremely queer competition that's taken New York and maybe even the world by storm.

It's Twink's first dolls. Round 3. I'm the winner still. Who's going to take my throne?

Twins versus Dolls was created in 2022 by the Brooklyn Bar Singers, and the rest is history. Since then, Twinks versus Dolls was created in 2022 by the Brooklyn Bar Singers, and the rest is history. Since then,

Twinks versus Dolls has exploded in size and notoriety, and similar queer physical contests

have sprung up all across the country. Clearly, Twinks versus Dolls hit a nerve, meaning a good nerve.

And just to give you an idea of what this competition entails, Twinks versus Dolls always

culminates in the two final contestants, resting in a kitty pool of something that most

of us would consider disgusting, maybe not all of us, things like lube, like the sticky

loop kind, baked beans, or even spicy nacho cheese.

Trinks versus Dolls is the opposite, therefore, of anything that's squeaky clean, corporate,

and the way that Pride has become.

It's a sporting event that essentially celebrates everything trans

at a time when trans people are being barred from competing in so many traditional sports

and erased from public life.

First up today, we're here from last year's Twinks versus Dolls champion, Tasi Taiminglo.

Trans community and queer community can also be about not being pretty and being dirty and,

you know, getting down in some spicy nacho cheese or beans and wrestling and rock music.
