| 1:06.8 | emergency order now for about a decade or so. And so much has been done to improve infrastructure, to respond to this crisis. |

| 1:22.9 | And the residents of Flint went through a lot to get to this moment. And this isn't a point in time where we should be nervous about the future as if levels of government are going to disengage. |
