Yes, so tell us the secrets because I, as we discussed, I have one teenager, one preteen,

well, three preteens, I guess I have to call them now.

And so our house is kind of terrifying to me

because I am not used to the whole children with devices.

I grew up with my phone attached the wall. my mom could pick it up and listen to what I was saying

and know everything I was doing and there were no videos or anything attached to it.

So what are the secrets that I don't know because this is not my world?

Yeah, like I grew up in the same type of household.

Trust me, yeah.

So yeah, so I wrote, this is the book here, Raising Healthy Teenagers, just came out in February. The previous book I wrote a few years just came out in February.

The previous book I wrote a few years ago,

it's called Disconnected, all that screen time and stuff.

So I kind of piggyback off of that.

And raising healthy teenagers is appropriate for parents
