This is the Tudor Dixon podcast, and today we are talking about mostly fraud and abuse

and things that are happening in our hospital systems that you don't actually know

and how oftentimes your taxpayer dollars are going to something that you don't actually know they're going to

and then ultimately you look at that and you go, how in this nonprofit hospital, did the CEO walk

away with what, $23 million a year? I mean, it is crazy. There's a lot of stuff I want to get into.

I also want to talk about ranked choice voting. It's something that you might not know. You probably go, oh, I don't know, they do that in Alaska or something, but they're trying to bring it to you. So we brought an expert on all of these things. His name is Trent England. He is the executive director of Save Our States, and then they're on a mission to reveal and stop this rampant abuse.

You've seen all of us talking about waste and abuse. Well, these guys are actually working on it.

They've got a brand new study out. It's called the Nonprofit Hospital Accountability Report,

and that's revealing some of the stuff that I just talked about. So, Trent, thank you so much for joining me.

Yeah, I'm really glad to be here and talk about all these really important topics.

Yeah, yes, because you not only are working on the hospital stuff, but you're also the co-chairman of the stopped ranked choice voting coalition, which is interesting to me

because here in Michigan, at the beginning of, I guess I would say like kind of the beginning of

the cycle, sort of the fall last summer, we started hearing that ranked choice voting would be

on the ballot. Now, ultimately, it didn't get enough signatures for a ballot initiative. You have to have

a certain amount of signatures in the state of Michigan, but this is happening across the country

where they're trying to get ranked choice voting in. There's a lot of reasons why rank choice

voting is a bad idea, but can you explain a little bit to us about what it is and who's behind it?

Yeah, sure thing. So this is a system that fundamentally changes elections because instead of

voting for a candidate and oftentimes instead of having regular partisan primaries where Republicans

get to nominate a candidate, Democrats,
