I'm Tudor Dixon, and it is great to have you tuning in. Today we are going to discuss a really tough subject with a dad who has been through the unimaginable pain of losing a child at the home of a neighbor whose father

failed to secure his guns. Kristen and Mike Song lost their 15-year-old son

Ethan in 2018 and today they're working on legislation they believe will save young lives.

Together both he and his wife created the Ethan Miller Song Foundation to

honor Ethan's life and pursue safe storage legislation to protect other children from a similar tragedy.

This may be a conversation that many of my listeners have strong and differing

opinions about but we think it's very important to have the dialogue.

We talked a little bit about this before we started recording. As a mom, I really, I can't

imagine what you're going through and I think it's so important for us to talk about this because many of the

people who are listening have never been through this and it is something that we all have to be aware of as parents.
