Spencer, I assume you've been busy this week breaking this big story about colony ridge.

Let's start with what is colony ridge? Well, that's right. It certainly has been a busy week. We've

got this colony ridge story. It just dropped recently at the start of this week, and it's all about

this massive, this massive land development. It is located about 40 miles northeast of Houston,

and itself, colony ridge, it covers roughly 60 square miles of land. That's larger than Manhattan.

It's about the size of Washington, DC. And what's interesting about this development is that the

way that the financing works is actually made it a bit of a magnet for illegal immigrants.

Right now, we're trying to estimate the population of colony ridge, and it's difficult to get an

exact number, but figures say that it's somewhere between the 40 to 50, maybe the 75,000 range,

and it appears to be rapidly growing, and preparing to accommodate maybe even 200,000 people.

Very interesting development, and it seems to be a pocket of illegal immigrants right

under the nose of the fourth largest city in the United States. Is that legal? Well, that's the
