He is a senior legal fellow and manager of the Supreme Court and the Pellate Advocacy Program at the Heritage Foundation.

But we're going to discuss the Supreme Court's latest ruling on the Voting Rights Act.

The Supreme Court essentially struck down Louisiana's second majority black congressional district as an unconstitutional racial gerrymander, ruling that the Voting Rights Act cannot justify using race as the predominant factor in drawing districts.

So we're going to lean on Zach to explain what this means to us, what it means nationwide.

We're already seeing Louisiana delay their primary process as a result of this.

So what does it mean for other states?

And we've already seen this redistricting arms race, so to speak, when you look at California,

when you look at Texas, when you look at Virginia, now Florida as well.

So what's next?

And what does this mean for the midterm elections this November?
