Daniel Penny is now 26 years old.

He is a Marine who left class on May 1st, 2023, boarded an Uptown F train in Manhattan to head to the gym.

And what did he see?

Jordan Ely, a guy with 42 prior arrests, including four from alleged assault, who got on the same subway train that day and said, somebody is going to die today.

He said he was ready to go to Rikers.

Witnesses described him as insanely threatening,

sickening, a satanic bent.

They thought they were going to die that day.

They also saw a fight ensue between Daniel Penny,

who said that he had to stand up for the women and children

on that train who he had to protect. Yet Daniel Penny is who said that he had to stand up for the women and children on that train who he had to protect.

Yet Daniel Penny is facing charges of second-degree manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide

in the death of Jordan Ely. The man who stepped on the train that day and said, somebody is going to die.

Yet Daniel Penny, the Marine, is the one who's on trial right now.
