The spotlight is back on Rail Madrid and Chabby Alonzo. His position as manager is said to be in danger. So let's do what we do best. Talk about what's gone wrong and then start pointing fingers. He simply is not right for the job. He's lost the dressing room. He's lost the trust of the players. The players do not believe in him. You can't sack 11 players, but you can sack one manager.

Shabby Alonzo has a little bit more wiggle room, a little bit more time at Real Madrid,

so that he can continue to do what he has to do with this football club to get us back on top.

I can tell you that the board feels that there is not enough harmony between the players and the manager

and that he hasn't found the formula for Real Madrid to become a regular winning side.

They're not feeling comfortable with Chavi Alonso, and that is in my eyes at the beginning

of the end.
