day with sets the tone. So we're going to set it into the highest frequency possible. What is it?

And be very truthful. In fact, when you think this thought, say the word truth before you say it,

because we're going to set an intention of speaking truth to

ourselves. What's the one thing that you could do that would improve your life? In fact, if you

think of somebody that's doing the life, living the life that you desire, what's the thing that they

do that you're either struggling with or you're not doing. Is it discipline around something? Is it

action? Is it study? Is it qualifications? What is that one thing that you're missing?

There might be many, but just pick one. So when you think of that thing, whether it's they're

cleaner, they're better in shape, they are more organized, whatever
