Need to talk about Sundland. It's the best start by a promoted side in the Premier League in

some 17 years. You have to go back to Hull City in 0809. Only five sides ever in Premier League

history after promotion from the second tier have amassed more points than Sondland have.

They went for 14 players. He said we have to be big enough, we have to be quick enough and we have to be physical enough, as well as all the other football elements to stay in this Premier League. And every time I've seen them, I've been impressed by what they've done. I thought they were outstanding today. Let's get carried away, man. This is fantastic, this. It is indeed. it says indeed. I'm joined by Jack Collins. Stepping up as presenter, co-presenter this week, normally producer, Jack, how are you doing? I'm good, Duggy. I'm quite excited about having to sort of press the buttons whilst in the middle of this. You're a multitasking genius at the best of times. At the moment, we're trying to make you work. I do find it incredibly entertaining and love Sam as I do, that he was sick when it was a work week. He was miraculously recovered to go to Greece. Incredible as usual. Absolutely. And we are going to discuss a lot about my club, Sunderland, in the course of this episode. But let's briefly touch on Fulham because a win in the Carrabo Cup last night.

You were there just about. Benjamin Lecompt stepping up in the shootout. Tell us about your experience there. Yeah, I mean, Wickham's Adams Park is an interesting little ground. It makes a lot of noise. Also when you're outside it, like we were walking up. And it's a real, real difficult one to get to because there's sort of no real transport links nearby. It should be so easy. For me, especially from West London, when we got out to Maidenhead on Elizabeth, I was like, ah, what a ghost, and still managed to miss kick off because the actual build into the ground is a nightmare. But, yeah, full of scraping through in the Carabar Cup. But into the quarterfinal for the third season running under Marco Silver now, or at least the quarterfinal of either cup competition now for three years in a row. So there's excitement in that regard. The performance wasn't particularly exciting. The fact that it was an old Fulham boy, Cawley Woodrow, that scored for Wicham was a little bit of a jolt in the heart. But job done just, it's probably I'd put it. Yeah, now attention's returned to the Premier League, which has been a little bit of a struggle so far for Fulham. Yeah, four losses in a row. Not great from anyone's perspective, really. It has left us one place above the relegation zone.

Fulham played wolves at the weekend.

Which feels like a massive six-pointer already in the season.

And I was saying on Fulamish earlier this week, I can't remember the last time Fulam involved in a relegation six-pointer.

It was probably under Scott Parker in a season that we actually got relegated because the last three seasons have been relatively smooth sailing under Marco Silver. So it's a bit of a weird feeling going into it and obviously I haven't got much confidence from the game in midweek. But I said this before. Fulham are in a strange position that the performances haven't been great. But if you'd give me the fixture list at the start of the season said,

where are you going to get points,

we're pretty much bang on what I would have expected. Even in the cups, I would have said, well, we'd have got through those three fixtures. And we did, albeit not particularly comfortably, not even in the second round against, against Cambridge. So you're looking at it and saying, that changes and the whole thing changes it got a bit toxic at
