It's another big day for the January 6th committee.

It appears that the focus today is going to be on how Donald Trump, both personally and through

his surrogates, tried to intervene in the individual states to get them to flip their votes,

their electoral college votes, from Biden to Trump, and in particular in Georgia and Arizona.

Now, they were doing this in seven states.

They only had to flip two, and those two would have been the ones because Georgia and Arizona

have enough electoral college votes that it would have flipped the election to Trump.

So we're going to hear from Republicans. Again, every single one of these hearings has been

Republicans testifying. I don't recall having heard a single Democrat testify so far.

Perhaps I'm wrong, and perhaps there has been one, but I don't think so.

And we're going to hear from a couple of Republicans. First of all, we're going to hear from

Secretary of State, Georgia Secretary of State, Brad Raphson Purger, who just survived a primary

challenge by Jody Heiss, an outgoing member of the House of Representatives, a member of the

so-called Freedom Caucus, the co-cat. I call them the co-cat caucus, the guys who are taking piles

of money from all of the organizations and groups affiliated with this right-wing billionaire
