Let me explain how.

I am a Big 12 alum and a Big 12 fan.

And after last week's performance by Kansas, Kansas State, Texas Tech, and Iowa State, not in that

order, pretty tough week for the Big 12, which only has 10 teams.

But I'm hardened by the fact that I think Oklahoma is, Oklahoma, I believe in the next five years will go from being

the best program in the Big 12 to truly competitive among the nation's elite, meaning Clemson,

Ohio states of the world and the rest of the SEC.

Because they've always been good with Bob Stoops,

but now you had Lincoln Riley who not only offensively is a mastermind and a genius,

but he's all in on recruiting and his young and they have a great staff.

And look, I'm an Oklahoma State alum, but I promise you that we're going to look at,

just like the rest of the Big Ten just doesn't have the personnel of Ohio State.

I think that's how we're going to look at Oklahoma.

I don't know that about Texas.
