I'm so grateful I'm here today and I'm so happy you're here today as well listening

to our podcast.

On today's podcast we have Vani Hari.

She has been such an inspiration to me for so many years.

She's a food activist.

She has truly made such a big impact, especially in the food industry in the US.

She has petition companies like Kraft Chipotle, Southway for Chipotle.

I remember what she did is she got them to take out all GMO ingredients, which they actually

had quite a few and they weren't really disclosing them.

So eventually after she did the petition, they invited her and they eventually sent her

a whole list of all these ingredients and all of them were non-GMO.

I'm just thinking there are so many Chipotle restaurants all over the world.

I should look Chipotle.

I didn't know that Chipotle has bad ingredients.

They're marketing always, I thought it's the most organic thing ever.

I'm like, hey, let's go to Chipotle when we live in Canada.

We should have Chipotle all the time.

And here is the thing that I believe Vani teaches most of her audience and the people who

come across her content that oftentimes sadly marketing can tell us one story.

We need to do our own due diligence and look into the ingredients or whatever we're eating,

whether they're restaurant.
