Hello and welcome to today's episode of the Manifest podcast. My name is Sarah Prout. I'm a best-selling

author and a creative entrepreneur and today's episode is somewhat of a celebration because,

drum roll please, my latest book, Dear Universe 365, a year of mini meditations to manifest your best life,

is officially out there in the world as of the 30th of December 2025.

So I thought to myself, what better way to say goodbye to 2025 and say hello to 2026 than then to share the journey of how this book came to life.

I have been through such a grueling, arduous journey over the last 18 months, nearly two years.

And so the celebration today, I don't take lightly,

because full transparency, 2025 has been one of the toughest and most confronting years of my

life. It's also been one of the best years of my life too at the same time.

And so it's like I've often said that the joy and the grief can coexist.

And I have been the living embodiment of that over the last nearly two years now

of celebrating the highest of the highs and learning to navigate some of the lowest of the lows.

And that's why this book is so special. I'll go back a little bit in terms of like the

conceptualization and why I created this book, how I came up with the idea. And then I want to

share a little bit about how it was written and then the editorial

process and the publishing process. And then I also want to share with you the way that the

audio book was recorded and some really fun little things that happened along the way there.
