Now, if you're new here, I've lost 125 pounds myself

after an entire adulthood of chronic yo-yo dieting, up, down, up, down again, before I

finally got sick and tired of being sick and tired, and I made some permanent, meaningful,

and actual changes to my lifestyle, habits, routines, to my environment my environment community and to my system of beliefs

because it's all of those that create me and they create you as well and if you're going to get

new results in the future you're going to have to start doing things in your present that you've

not done before in the present something i started to realize in the beginning of my journey

was that it is always going to be the me of a present moment that creates the change in my life that I want to have.

I used to say it'll be me in the future that'll do it. I'll do it later. I'll do it later. I'll do it after this. I'll do it when. The problem is I kept saying future me was going to do it instead of going, how will present me do this?

Something that really helped me with that is to adopt a philosophy of never leave the scene of a decision without taking some sort of action.

Put something in a calendar.

Make a purchase that you got to buy to get that tool to help you get the job done.

Go buy a course that you need, to hire a coach.

Or perhaps you just need to look at the local gym and find out when their hours are so that you

know what time to go tomorrow.

But you can do something in your present to help your future
