So for all of these years, we've been looking at the UFO question and we've been looking up.

But maybe we should be looking down specifically in our oceans for something a little bit different.

I'm talking about the topic of unidentified submerged objects.

And there's a new book out, actually, one of multiple

volumes that are coming out this year. A history of U.S.O's unidentified, submerged objects.

And our guest today is the author of that book, of course, the great Richard Dolan, now for

well over 20 years. Richard has been one of the best known UFO researchers in the world.

He's the author of multiple groundbreaking books in the field, opening up fresh ways of understanding this perplexing subject.

Hi, Jim. It's a pleasure. Thanks for having me here.

So is that true? Have we been too focused looking up rather than maybe looking down?

Well, no, I think we're right to look up. There's a lot of aerial activity that has kept our attention for many, many years and

decades. That's totally correct. But there is a phenomenon in the waters of this planet, without a

doubt. And I think it's also true that it's been overlooked by and large, you know, in part where

land creatures, generally speaking, some of us are out on the water, but usually most of us aren't that deep out on the water.

So I think we miss a lot.

What is seen out there is often, not always, but often seen by military people, Navy personnel, and they are usually bound to secrecy protocols.
