tough conversations i've hung up the phone on him he's hung up the phone on me i suspect a time

or two no one i respect more and uh as we get going this evening, my first question for you,

what's the lead of the story today?

President Trump caves on tariffs to 75 plus countries,

escalates the trade war on China,

and declares victory.

Period.

It's all bullshit.

Why

after 10 years, you were a fearsome presence in the briefing room in the White House?

And as somebody who was a spokesperson for the government, I never lied.
