with someone I've had on the podcast before, but he hasn't been on the

podcast for 10 years. In fact, it has been a minute since I've talked to our guest. His name is

Lawrence Lanoff, who is an expert in tantric, sex, and all things, human connection. And I found

this really great interview that I thought you have to listen

to. It's about sex and the human connection. It's about shame and understanding how women view sex.

Lawrence discusses a little bit about his background and how he got into this kind of sexual

energy management,

excuse me. He talks about the importance of being non-judgmental about sex and what that

actually means when you and a woman are going to have sex or potentially have sex.

He explains that women do want to have sex. There's reasons why they do and what prevents them

from doing so. He also talks about the fact that men should learn to feel and understand their

sexual desire without immediately needing to act on it. There's a lot of cool stuff that we talk

about in this conversation.

Lawrence is a wealth of information.
