Carol Allwell so happy to be back with you today so I have not been here in a minute it's been about a month I think since the last episode has been out and that's just because it's been a little bit of a crazy time in my life on a personal level.

I've been blogging about it, so if you follow my blog you're

link it for you in the show notes it's where I'm spending most of my time

lately. I started my career as a blogger in 2008 and I was blogging a lot about my

relationships and my life and just sort of my life's path and where I was at. I was in my 20s when I started my

blog. I'm 44 now and it's so full circle to be back in it. I'm on Substack, which

I'm absolutely obsessed with that platform.

My God, you guys, if you're a writer,

or if you're wanting to get into writing,

I highly recommend jumping on Sub Stack.

I spend very little time on Instagram these days,

and I am spending so much of my time over on

substack because the notes section and the community that's on there is just

such a different vibe. You'll see what I'm talking about if you jump on and sign up for it. But in the meantime, that's

kind of where I've been hanging out. But I felt like I owed you guys a little conversation.

I wanted to just kind of have like a little bit of a convo. I've got a cup of coffee with me so go grab a cup of

coffee, glass of wine, you can put me on pause, I'll be here when you get back, but I just wanted

to really share kind of what's been going on.
