Yeah, but the time is now, brother.

It's a fascinating story, entrepreneur, multi-millionaire,

but the biggest one out there is you are Michael Jackson's bodyguard for over 10 years,

like one of the biggest superstars of all time. And yeah, you were not just the bodyguard

sitting outside the room, you were actually inside the room, not just his bodyguard also, but his friend. And a very interesting story. And like I say, Michael Jackson's name will always bring viewers. It will always bring attention. But first and foremost, how are you? I'm great. It's good to be here with you in London. And yeah, it's great. And I want to try and inspire people. I admire what you do, James.

But before we get into everything, Matt, I always like to go back to the start with my guests. Get more of an understanding of you, where you grew up, how it all began. yeah so i was just a you typical, I wouldn't say we were a poor, normal family

where my mum was a stay-at-home mum, my dad worked at the Brunel Railway in Swindland. I'm from Swindon,

born in Swindon. And I went to school five years old and I was horrendously bullied. I mean, I was picked on by one guy in particular and from age five to seven.

And that gave me the hunger to look after to try and defend myself.

And when you're under confident, James, I didn't do very well at school.

I felt all my GCS exams. Now part of that was because I wasn't academically driven. So my mum's one of 14 children. My mom went on to be a solicitor. They've all got university degrees. So from my dad's side, they will get a trade, become an electrician, become a plumber. You know, my grandfather used to give me a lectures about what are you throwing your legs around in the air for.

That's not going to get you in there.

My dad used to call the martial arts legalized violence.

None of my family supported it.
