So today we're going to discuss goal setting in general and then how we set goals as a couple as well.

Yeah, I think it's important to you guys.

Obviously, you shouldn't always wait to the end of the year, but most people do.

And just like a lot of people, I think it's a priority that, you know, especially it's kind of a dead

week for a lot of people, the week between Christmas and New Year's. It's really, really good

time just to spend a little bit of time to point you in the right direction because I think

a lot of times we just get on that hamster wheel without really thinking about it. Yeah, and I think that

one of the mistakes I always made in the past is I was trying to make too many goals. Like, you know,

they say make 10 or sometimes you make, you know, more. I completely agree with you. I actually,

I actually kind of, I believe in one or two per category. So I have categories. Like I have a business goal. I have a

personal goal. A relationship goal. I have a spiritual goal. I have a health goal. So those are

the different kinds that I have. So I might have three or four or five goals, but there'll be just

one because I always know like I can achieve, one health goal a year, right?

Yeah, because if you try to set too many, it's just life gets in the way and then you get zero accomplished.

The thing is, like, if you do it, like, just once a year for five years, not even five things.

You don't have to do it all in one year.
