0:14.5	and saw that we were all struggling pretty badly,
0:17.8	it was like in my heart that I had to do something about it.
0:20.3	After wrestling with like these really hard questions, it dawned on me that I've always viewed our mental struggles as a storm. I think like my anxiety and like depression and everything is just like the rain pouring outside. And I've always viewed God as kind of like the umbrella for that. You're still going to get a little wet.
