And I, for the last seven and a half years, have been told by every doctor and practitioner that I've seen, which have all been, you know, functional integrative doctors, by the way, that I needed to be taking methylated vitamins. And then I came across some information, which I believe was from you, actually. I don't remember where I first saw it, but then I know I saw that you were talking about it.
