We are going to be talking about something that's actually been pretty highly requested.

We ask for episode ideas on Instagram.

And a lot of people have been saying talk about health, fitness, sort of like our diet kind of stuff.

A lot of people mentioned that their favorite podcast that we've done was the pros and cons about body positivity, which was slightly more sciencey related.

It's not super sciencey.

Like this isn't a science podcast.

But me and Sierra definitely passionate about this kind of stuff.

And so I'm really excited to do this podcast.

I think it's a fun topic.

I think that I've got a lot of information stuff that I just want to share with you guys

and kind of give you guys our opinion on stuff.

And that's what this whole podcast is going to be about.

I think that this is going to be a slightly different route

than what some people were expecting for this kind of

episode. Yeah, I was going to be... Sorry to cut you off. I was one...

You go, I guess. Okay, I was, I was wondering if people, like, do you think people will be

expecting us to say one thing and for us to follow within a certain category, whereas, like,

do you think they're going to be surprised with what we're saying? And I don't want to give away, like, our sides yet just because

we're not in the episode yet. I just, like, want to know. No, I think that if people have watched
