week's episode of Cold Leader is a bit of a blast from the past. A while back, I released this episode as a Patreon exclusive,

I believe towards the earlier half or maybe middle of 2022.

Well, since then, the cult leader Patreon page where it was originally

posted has changed, evolved to more behind the scenes content, just a whole lot of different stuff mostly with

Madison who co-host obituary with me. When we joined forces I retired the patron tier dedicated to cult leader which housed this bonus episode and it's a story that for some reason always just sticks out in my mind and I actually had a friend recently asked me if I had ever heard of it and I was like well guess and I did an episode on it and I was like but I never put it out into the world it was just for Patreon So I decided I wanted to you know take another

look at this story turn it into a full-blown quote leader episode and that is what we are

doing today. I just didn't want anyone listening who was

subscribed to that's here on Patreon to be like am I having deja vu am I losing my mind?

You might be but if you are it's not my fault okay this is me giving you the heads up and it was actually really fun to go through and relearn this case and rework it a little bit.

Because as you can imagine, I mean think about like any project you do for work.

Typically you don't remember, well, I don't have the brain that remembers the end and out of every story.

Like if you ask me about a case that I've covered on the show, I can probably give you the full story for some of them, depending on how recent it was.
