He's only four and a half, so that's about as deep as we can get about it philosophically. Blair is one of the most important people in the White House that you've probably never heard

of, at least not yet.

As White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Legislative Political and Public Affairs, he's got a rather

expansive portfolio.

In a nutshell, he oversees the White House's messaging to Americans.

He obsesses over politics and public opinion.

He even helps corral lawmakers to get Trump's agenda through Congress,

even if it means asserting just a little pressure on his own party.

As one of Susie Wiles' deputies, Blair, aka The Oracle,

is at the helm of a Trump administration that so far is operating a lot more efficiently

than the first time around. When I sat down with him in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building
