Derek Hunter podcast. All right. Let's we got a lot of ground to cover and I don't know it's

one of those one of those days where you're like there's eight million stories, 10 million of them

that could also be talked about and geez and holy frank to nanny you just don't know where to start

but we're going to start a course with the indictment on Friday show I had recorded before

the indictment was announced. That's one of those things that sucks about podcasting. I mean it's

good that you can go back and correct because there's times when I was on the air when I had

doing radio and then something would break afterwards. I'm crap. I have stuff to say about that

but and then by the time you go 20 on hours later everybody else has said almost everything about

it. Luckily I'm interesting enough to be able to go from there and pick up the ball and still make

it seem like the very first time. But in this case I just went and recorded another opening to it.

Now we've had a little more time to look at the information, the story around it and it is

certainly more when I first talked I thought it was seven counts. This is the problem with

reporting on anything before you actually have the information. There were seven counts reported

allegedly now it's 37 counts. It was now it's actually 37 counts and if you read the indictment

or if you just peruse the indictment or you read quotes from the indictment

there are two things I have to say before I say what I'm going to say. First and foremost

I forget who it was. I think it might have been my friend Brian. He was talking about prosecutors

and he said remember the best day for a prosecutor the best day they get to lay out their case

as prosecutor is the day they file an indictment. There's no rebuttal there's no

exculpatory evidence there's really nothing except for your best case and

...
